GENERAL DESCRIPTION

DIGITAL PROCESS INDICATORS are designed to display the process value like temp., pressure, flow, pH etc. These instruments accept 0/4 - 20 mA or 0/1 - 5 V DC sigals from transmitters as well as direct signals form temperature sensors. The Zero, Span adjustments are accessible from front panal. The process indicators employs state-of-the-art technology. The design having highly stable constant current source & reference supply , With very low temperature drift. The rugged DIN standard box with 2.5 mm2 screw type terminals for electrical connections are the added features.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
DIGITAL temperature Controllers are designed to display continuous process value. Set value can be read by pressing a switch SET. These instruments are used to control the temp of water , chemicals & many other liquids or solids & furnaces. The 5 Amp relay contact rating is available to connect the load directly. The design having high stable reference & current source with very low temp, drift. The hysteresis & offset are adjustable & used to tune the process precisely . The rugged DIN std. housing with polycorbonate front facia is used.

CONSTRUCTION & OPERATION
The rugged DIN std housing with PCBs -sliding type are used.
The green mask, glass epoxy PCB having PCB mounted transformer & display board soldered on main PCB. The highly stable , constant current source passes through pt-100 element giving mV o/p. This mV signal is then amplified & linearised & given to DPM to display the process value. In case of T/C i/p , mV are directly amplified & linearised to display the Process value. Cold junction compensation is added at the input stage.
APPLICATIONS
These instruments can be used in Steel plants, Plastic, Breweries, Chemical, Fertiliser, Sugar, Paper mills, Power stations, Food, Dairy, Rubber industries & Air Conditioning.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Analogik - TS - 800 temperature scanner incorporates analog & digital circuitry with the Auto / Manual selection & Ch. advance switch. Selection of any particular channel is possible. The TS - 800 accepts 3 wire Pt -100 or T/C input & for each channel relay output is available.
The scanning time is variable & individual setting can be done by pressing SET switch. The relay status is indicated by 5mm round LED.

CONSTRUCTION & OPERATION
The glass epoxy, green mask, PCB with high quality components soldered employees the state - of - the - art technology.
The modular design with the extension board for input connection are provided. All the PCBs are given mechanical support.
The multiplexers are used to select the input and the design feature is such that, the ON resistance of multiplexer is inactive. The alarm setting for each channel is user accessible & the relay output (alarm o/p) has been given for each channel.
APPLICATIONS
To monitor the temperatures of different locations as well to monitor the winding and bearing temperatures of HT motors. Visual annuciation & relay outputs can be usd for alarm & trip purpose. The scanners are used in any plant like cement, power, food, fertilisers etc.
